We want you to love your YogiFi mat. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Email help@yogifismart.com with your order number and we’ll take care of the rest.
1. Return Eligibility
All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date. The following table summarises eligibility:

The 14-day return window begins from the date of delivery — not the date of order placement.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made a fulfillment error.
• YogiFi packages do not include return slips. All returns are initiated through our support team.
2. How to Start a Return or Exchange
There is no self-service return portal. Follow these steps:
1. Contact us: Email help@yogifismart.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason.
2. Authorization: Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship it back: Pack the item securely and ship it back using a carrier of your choice. We recommend a trackable service.
4. Inspection: We inspect the item within 2–3 business days of receipt.
5. Resolution: Once approved, your refund or exchange is processed.
No return slip is needed. Just email us at help@yogifismart.com with your order number and we will guide you through the process.
3. Refund Processing Times
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method:

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at help@yogifismart.com if the issue remains unresolved.
4. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your mat for a replacement or a different eligible product. To request an exchange, follow the same process in Section 2. Please note:
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the exchange item is priced differently, we will charge or refund the difference.
• If your requested item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund or store credit.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at help@yogifismart.com within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A description of the defect or error
• Clear photos or a short video showing the issue
For verified defects or fulfillment errors, we will cover return shipping and provide a full replacement or refund at no cost to you. This is in addition to the standard 14-day return policy.
6. Order Cancellation
How to Cancel
We do not currently offer a self-service cancellation option on our website. To cancel an order:

7. Subject line: Use the subject line: "Order Cancellation — #[Your Order Number]."
8. We act: Our team will process the cancellation within 1 business day if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Cancellations must be requested BEFORE the order is dispatched. Once handed to the carrier, the order cannot be cancelled. You will need to follow the standard return process after delivery.
If your cancellation is successful, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Billing & Payments
When Will I Be Charged?
Your payment method is charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed at checkout.

We accept the following through our Shopify-powered checkout:
• Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• Debit cards (where supported by region)
• PayPal
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Shop Pay
We do not accept checks, money orders, wire transfers, or cash on delivery.
Payment Declined?
If your payment did not go through, please check the following:
• Your billing address matches exactly what your bank has on file.
• Your card’s security code (CVV/CVC) is entered correctly.
• Your card has not expired.
• Your bank has not blocked international transactions. Since YogiFi ships from India, some banks flag international charges — a quick call to your bank usually resolves this.
• Try a different browser or clear your cache and attempt checkout again.
