1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All YogiFi orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey, USA. Here is exactly what happens after you place an order:

 

1.     Order placed: You place your order on our website.

2.     Processing: We process your order within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends are processed the next business day.

3.     Handoff: Your order is packed, quality-checked, and handed to our shipping partner.

4.     Dispatch: You receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a live tracking link.

 

Processing time (1–2 business days) is separate from transit time. Total delivery time = processing + transit.

 

2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Estimates

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and select European and Asian countries.

Delivery estimates may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, peak seasons, or local carrier delays. Remote addresses may take longer.

3. Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

IMPORTANT: For all international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or other government-levied fees are the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of the customer. These charges are NOT included in the product price or shipping fee at checkout.

 

       Customs authorities in your destination country may contact you directly to collect fees before delivery.

       YogiFi has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance, as they vary by country and declared value.

       Refusing to pay customs duties may result in the package being returned or abandoned. Return shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.

       We recommend checking your local customs authority website before placing an international order.

 

4. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched. Use the link provided to follow your package in real time.

 

Tracking Not Updating?

It is normal for tracking to take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch during the initial carrier handoff. If your tracking has not updated after 48 hours, or shows no movement for several days, please contact us at help@yogifismart.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.

 

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order:

       Email help@yogifismart.com immediately with your order number and the corrected address.

       Address changes are only possible before the order has been dispatched to our carrier.

       Once dispatched, address corrections cannot be guaranteed. Any costs arising from an incorrect address (re-delivery fees, return shipping) are the customer’s responsibility.

 

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package appears lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at help@yogifismart.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and include:

       Your order number

       A description of the issue

       Clear photos of any damage to the product or packaging

 

We will liaise with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund. YogiFi is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery scan.

 

7. Fulfillment Safety

The safety of our team and customers is a priority. We work closely with our manufacturing and logistics partners in India to enforce rigorous hygiene, quality, and safety protocols throughout packing and fulfillment. Every YogiFi Smart Yoga Mat is inspected before dispatch.
